Case 6: Genzyme Corporation - Design Built Project
Situation:
A pharmaceutical major based out of USA has a running facility located in Framingham, MA. Client wanted to build a suite for Part washer and Glass washer in this running facility with minimum downtime.
Approach:
Panorama was assigned this project to design and build the suite for Part washer and Glass washer. Panorama also carried out commissioning and validation for this project. All through the process Panorama kept the final erection and commissioning stages in mind so as to ensure minimum downtime for the facility. Because Panorama had designed the suite, when time came to carry out commissioning, minimum production downtime was achieved.
Result:
It was challenging to build a suite in a running facility but Panorama successfully completed this project in expected time-frame.
