Project Management

Our project and construction managers work closely with our clients to establish realistic time frames and a customized construction approach for each project. We realize that the "final product" is an operating facility functioning in accordance with design objectives.

By establishing a "construction driven" mindset from the beginning, the overall timeframe can be minimized and startup can be smooth.

A "batting order" or startup sequence is established in the preconstruction phase, which lists each system to be started and turned over to operations. In general, the sequence starts with plant utilities and waste systems, then continues with building HVAC systems, clean utilities and finishes with the core process itself.

The traditional approach to having a single mechanical completion date has been replaced with "system by system" completion dates.
