As the founder of Panorama, Dilip has led many of the firm’s projects, which have shaped the direction and quality of the work at Panorama. Dilip has over twenty-five years of process engineering experience serving the Nano-Technology, Biopharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Specialty Chemical and Polymer industries.

Dilip’s experience encompasses nearly all phases of project execution beginning with conceptual design, Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, Process calculations, Instrument specifications, development of the process descriptions and control philosophy, equipment specification, CIP, SIP design and cycle development, skid design/layout assistance and detailed design including oversight of client 3-Dmodel reviews. Piping isometric review. He has significant FAT experience including reviews for BPE code compliance, review of control systems and assistance with items such as process skid testing.

Dilip has extensive experience with cell culture upstream and downstream processes like Bio-reactor, Harvest, Chromatogrpahy and UF/DF

Has served clients like Amgen, Bristol-Myers Squib, Wyeth , Hoffman LaRoche,, Merck, Sanofi, Hatco Corporation, Mobil, ICI Americas and many more Dilip is a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Baroda.

Vincent brings over 30 years of diversified pharmaceutical and biotechnology experience to Panorama. As our advisor in business operations and development, Vince supports Panorama for business development, strategic planning, client relationsand business operations.

Vince has worked in a number of senior management roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Enzon Pharmaceuticals and in health care consulting. Vince received Bachelor of Science degrees from Rutgers University and Brooklyn College of Pharmacy and an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University.

David Greene is a former process manager for Aker Kvaerner. With over 30 years of experience in the engineering industry, he has done work including conceptual and detailed studies and engineering for biopharmaceutical,manufacturing facilities with particular emphasis on cell culture and fermentation as well as the associated recovery and purification units and the ancillary clean and plant utility systems. David has also been associated with the design of numerous small molecule facilities.

His expertise has served clients include BoehringerIngelheim, ICI, Upjohn, Kodak, Teva, Nycomed, sanofipasteur, HofmanLaRoche, Solutia, BASF, Immunex/Amgen, ImClone, Merck, Pfizer, Delta Biotech, Hoechst, Enzyme BioSystems (Genencor), Genzyme, American Cyanamid, Aeras, Matrivax, Novartis and Schering Plough.

David has authored numerous papers on process control, materials of construction, integrated management systems, process equipment design and cleaning in place (CIP).

Ratan brings over 35 years of experience as a principal process and project engineer in a variety of industries ranging from biopharmaceutical, petrochemical, refinery and cryogenic plants. As Panorama’s principal process and project advisor, his work includes front-end conceptual studies, process flow diagrams, process calculations, batch processing, P&ID’s, specifications. Along with this his experience also encompasses equipment utilization analyses, feasibility studies and technical risk assessments. He has had senior engineering positions with Parsons Engineering, Jacobs Engineering, PS&S, Kvaerner, BOC gases, MW Kellog and ICI.

Ratan holds three patents on heat transfer and solvent recovery systems and is an expert in the field. Rattan is a bachelor of engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Khadakpur and and MBA from the University of Houston.

Punit is responsible for Panorama India’s business operations and has been Panorama’s primary project engineer managing projects encompassing all fields of engineering from mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural as well as a number of projects in process engineering. His experience ranges over multiple industry segments including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, chemical and nanotechnology industries. Punit has conducted multiple facility assessments and is well versed with the engineering and operations of cGMP environments and compliance to CFR part 210/211.

Punit is a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from UDCT, Mumbai and a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Dartmouth College, USA. He has a strong experience in process improvements and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Suraj Iyer is responsible for Panorama India’s technical operations and has been the primary process engineer for Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd. With extensive process related experience in the areas of equipment and process design, heat and material balance calculations, preparation of process flow sheets, equipment specifications and process data summaries for instruments, P&ID development, line sizing, pressure rundown calculations for pumps, heat exchangers, relief valves, he is an expert in process design, improvements and troubleshooting. He is also well versed with the engineering and operations of cGMP environments and compliance to CFR part 210/211.

Suraj is a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from UDCT, Mumbai and has completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management-Calcutta (IIM-C).

Albert is a former Process Director for Aker Kvaerner with over 30 years of experience in the engineering .Alberts’ experience spans across process plant design in the petroleum, petrochemical, organic chemicals, inorganic chemicals, and fertilizer industries.

Albert has led various process teams in design and commissioning of chemical plants covering a multitude of chemicals including hazardous material handling systems. Albert’s experience mainly involves Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrument Diagrams, process equipment sizing and specification including conceptual and detailed design.

Albert has a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University in New York and in his long career span has served multiple clients including General Electric, American Cyanamid, Allied Signal, Exxon and many others.

Lalit Jain a former lead at the global engineering department of Bristol-Myers Squibb has over thirty years of Process Engineering experience serving the Nano-Technology, Bio-pharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Specialty Chemical Industries.

Lalit has held senior engineering positions at Bristol-Myers Squib, Jacobs Engineering, Chemtex& HR International. His experience spans from design, start-up, commissioning, validation and process improvements. He is Experienced in heat and material balance calculations, preparation of process flow sheets, equipment specifications and process data summaries for instruments. Also developed P&ID’s, line sizing, pressure rundown calculations for pumps, heat exchangers, relief valves, and other process items.

Sanjeev a Lean Six Sigma Master Black belt is Panorama’s main manufacturing reliability expert. With over 28 years of experience in the polymer /chemical processing industry spanning over research and operational excellence Sanjeev is an expert in process improvements and use of the lean six sigma concepts with proven results.

Sanjeev major research and management positions with Dow chemical company and LyondellBasell and is a PhD in Chemical/Polymer Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Lerner School of Business.

Piyush is a highly-accomplished management and technical professional with exemplary history of progressive responsibility and expertise in high-profile project development, operations, database management, process improvement and staff development with his proven track record of serving clients like Bank of America, CS First Boston, PWC, IBM, AT&T, NBC, CSX, AllState Insurance and demonstrated by over 25 years of IT experience including over 10 Years Database Administration and Database Architecture for very large and complex databases.

Piyush’s influential leadership and supervisory abilities with a strong background motivating and directing teams to meet and exceed project requirements within strict time lines.
